Shipping Policy

Packages ship from Resin Obsession, LLC within two business days of receiving your order. 

All of our items can ship worldwide with the following exceptions:

Aerosol products can ship only via UPS ground.

Certain resin products can ship only via ground/water methods (truck or boat) and must ship by UPS ground or USPS parcel post.

We offer first class postal mail, priority mail, parcel post mail and UPS ground to:

  • United States (lower 48 states only)

Packages ship via the delivery service of your choice.  Packages weighing more than than 13 ounces cannot ship first class mail. Tracking numbers will be forwarded to the recipient when the order ships.  First class mail packages generally deliver in 3 to 5 business days, whereas priority mail is 2 to 3 business days.  Parcel post packages travel by ground transportation only and require 2 to 8 business days for delivery.  UPS shipments vary in delivery time, from 1 to 6 business days depending on the distance of the delivery destination from the Resin Obsession headquarters in Florida.

We offer first class postal mail, priority mail and parcel post mail to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • United States territories
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Parcel post delivery to destinations outside the continental United States may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.  Customers will receive a package tracking number when their order ships.

We offer first class postal mail, priority mail and express mail international to:

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Japan
  • Ireland
  • Virgin Islands (British)

Express mail packages are delivered in 3 to 5 business days; priority mail packages are delivered in 6 to 10 business days.  First class mail packages can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.  With first class or priority mail international, package tracking numbers are not available.

Resin Obsession customers are responsible for the duty taxes they may incur from orders being shipped into their country.

We realize shipping this method is expensive, however, if you country is listed, it is because we have had problems getting packages through customs.  The method gives a tracking number all the way until it reaches its final destination.  Packages going to any of these countries MUST ship this way.  No exceptions.  You will receive a package tracking number when your order ships.  Normal delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
